Editor's Notes
Historical non compliant data provided proved and probable reserves in the 2 known zones of approximately 200,000 ounces of gold. This was based on past 300+ drill reverse circulation drilling program. With verification drilling using diamond core drilling rigs, it is normal and expected to see up to a 50% increase in reserves defined, i.e. 300,000 + ounces of gold. In the previous mine plan they identified 4- 5MM tons of ore with a grade of 0.04 – 0.05 opt with up to 75% - 85% recovery. Excellent probability of Increasing resource. CAPEX of $5.8MM at the time to build production facility. The larger exploration zones have been estimated from past non compliant data to have 1,000,000 ounce plus potential each zone. Past drilling 66,000’ (323 holes) todays cost of $2.3MM – defined 250,000 ounces Drill costs as per the 43-101 are $35/foot with 4,000 ft of verification drilling for Phase 1 total $140,000. Phase 2 calls for 20,000 ft of drilling @ $35 ft = $700,000. Past drilling intercepted mineralization within 35 feet of surface and on average drilled to depths of approx. 400 ft.
