3. Integrity The first thing God looks is the heart of the leader. Integrity has to do with wholeness, reliability, honesty, uprightness, and veracity. This person must put character above all things. Charm or boardroom politics might get someone to the top, but what keeps him there is character and competence. Monday, March 08, 2010 EZEKIEL A. 4. Competence God demands that those who will lead others must possess skills that qualify them to lead others. These skills have to be intentionally acquired. Vision sets you free from the limitations of what the eye can see and allows you to enter into the liberty of what the heart can feel. It makes the unseen visible and the unknown possible. It is the primary motivator of life. Vision supplies us with the necessary motivation we need to undertake difficult assignment. Vision fills you with enthusiasm, where others see a dead end you begin to see a bend. Vision always precedes provisions. Vision will produce action.

Commitment is an obligation, a duty, and a charge. It is an agreement or a pledge to do something. It is the state or an instance of being obligated or emotionally impelled (Acts 21: 10-14).
