Cinzia Quartararo is a Senior Manager of the PwC Delivering Deal Value Team. She is based in Milan.
She has a significant consulting experience gained in a considerable number of consulting and transaction services both nationally and
internationally.
Her industry expertise includes: retail and consumer goods, bank and insurance, energy and chemical.
Her key clients include: Saviola Group, Nuova Castelli Group, Unipol Gruppo Finanziario, Barilla, Gaz de France, Dolomiti Energia, Saeco and
Campari.
Private Equity houses supported by Cinzia include: Charterhouse Capital Partners, Cognetas, PAI and Investitori Associati.
Cinzia performed several projects in Restructuring, Performance Improvement, Post Merger Integration, Project Management Office
and Take Control.
In the latest years she followed the process of restructuring of Saviola Group, supporting Management Team in:
• developing and presenting the business plan to the banks;
• negotiating the Financial Manoeuvre with the banks;
• coordinating the financial and legal advisors (Rothschild, BEP, Latham & Watkins, Fivesixty, …) involved in the restructuring process;
• working capital improvement through efficient management of inventory, payables and receivables;
• developing and monitoring of a four-year savings plan to align organization to the real needs, reduce maintenance and other fixed costs;
• introducing Monthly Business Review to monitor economic and operational performance.

Currently Cinzia coordinates the Chief Restructuring Office (CRO) to ensure the 20 Lending Banks (Unicredit, Intesa, MPS, Unipol, BNL,
….) and the shareholder in monitoring the Business Plan and the Financial Manoeuvre implementation.
A monthly detailed report is prepared for the Banks to monitor:
• Financial performance, with a focus on:
i. use of new finance;
ii. the proper use of short term lines needed to cover current operating needs;
iii. cash flow actual and forecast;
• Operation performance, with a focus on:
i. the performance of the actual results (revenues, EBITDA, working capital and capex) and analysis of the deviation from the Business
Plan;
ii. possible extraordinary transactions;
iii. the implementation of the restructuring plan;
• Progress of the cost savings programme and the organizational transformation.
Cinzia is graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University – Milan.
She speaks Italian (native) and fluent English.
