1. 1. Subliminal messages are simply words - they can't have that much of a benefit.
Well, we all know you can be influenced by mere words, If someone gives you a compliment, it boost your mood all day, alternatively if
you recieve some bad the news it will also change your mood. If simple words didn't have this effect upon us then no one would have
the potential to learn any new languages, to work or even to think!
2.Subliminal messaging is nothing more than advertising.
We have had this mentioned a few times. Subliminal messaging IS a form of advertising - of advertising positivity and positive change
to your own subconscious mind.
Don't let anyone tell you that advertising doesn't work. Businesses spend billions of dollars on advertising to try to get you to purchase
their products - there would not be an advertising industry if it didn't work.
Millions are spent on the best colors to use, the best possible positioning on shelves, even down to the type of fonts used, the age and
the gender of the actors / models used - all this detail is considered in trying to influence your behavior - not to mention often the use of
subliminal suggestions within the adverts too ;)
Subliminal messaging might sound too simple to really work - it is just words played at a sound frequency you can barely hear, but
make no mistake about it, these words are getting into your mind and will spill over into your conscious reality- providing real, and
lasting changes to your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.
