3. 1. Safety Communication Forum
• Open and freediscussion forum within companies in TJB
(non-safety personnel) called BBS = Bebas Bicara Safety
• Facilitated by Safety personnel all TJB companies
• Period: once a week
• Kick-off plan: Friday, 1-June-2015
• Kick-off will start by GM & continue with
DISNAKER/authorities agency
• Max meeting time: 1 hour
• Expected personnel attend: 5 personnel each company
(non-safety personnel)
• Special forum that attended by Management level should
available (each 2 months or 3 months) to show the
commitment and awareness level of management

CONCEPT
• Main purpose is to build safety culture among TJB
employees, including sub-contractor
• Open & free discussion, sharing info related with
safety
• All TJB employees & subcontractor can attend the
forum
• No minutes of meeting, no reporting
• If any issue to be followed up, TJB safety team
will discuss further
5. 2. In-house Safety Training
• Objective: deliver general safety knowledge
• Period: 1 x each 3 months
• Safety will deliver by internal personnel of TJB,
and if required invite external trainer (cost will
be shared among TJB, to be discussed further)
• Participant of training will from each TJB
companies (primary participants are coming
from non-safety personnel)
• Every company may propose training subject

7. 3. Safety Campaign
• Objective: to refresh safety concern, to attract personnel
participation in safety
• Period: 1 x each 3 months
• 1st campaign, planned on: Sep-2015
• Campaign media:
Banner, put on strategic location
Small Sticker, distribute to each employee
Brochure
• Campaign subject will change each period
• Campaign subject refer to significant level of risk, or refer to any
incident occurred internal TJB or other companies
• Provide Quiz & prize to personnel related to campaign subject

• Content is safety manual/guidance for high
risk working environment/aspect

sub-contractor
• Special sheet to be signed-off by each
employee on the book, to have a commitment
of each employees

11. 5. Join Safety Audit
• To audit all companies in TJB, including OM, jetty
management
• Formal audit mechanism: opening meeting, audit,
closing meeting
• TJB auditor team to be established (certified auditor)
• Conduct each 6 months
• 1st audit target: 1-Jan-2016
• Subject of Audit: refer to Standard applied on each
companies (OHSAS, or SMK3)
• To support/preparation of each companies external
audit (surveillance, certification, re-certification)

Outstanding action plan:
• Listing certified auditor in TJB
• Establish TJB auditor team if required using SK
of GM TJB
• Align audit schedule of each TJB companies, and
develop audit schedule to be agreed between
each parties
• Develop audit checklist & related forms
• Develop procedure
13. 6. Hazard Observation
• Objective: to encourage every employee to report any
hazard to be followed up
• Employee can submit hazard observed to the drop box
using “hazard observation” forms
• EHS team will collect the hazard report (each company)
• EHS team provide recommended follow up action and will
report using matrix
• Subject to be observed is un-safe act & un-safe condition
• To have quantitative indicator of hazard in TJB
• Best “hazard report” can be granted with special
award/prize (monthly) or during K3 month ceremony
