1. Factory Tour Rogers High Fidelity Roger Gibboni President, Rogers High Fidelity
2.
3. Incoming Inspection and Tube Matching All material used in the Rogers amplifiers goes thru 100% incoming inspection. All tubes are tested and matched Prior to being used in the EHF-100
4. Board Assembly All component boards are assembled and tested Individually using Mil Standard 2000 soldering and assembly procedures
5. Cable Assembly All EHF-100 cables are assembled using precisely Engineered cable layout boards for precise fit and are thoroughly Tested prior to installation in the EHF-100
6. Chassis Assembly Each EHF-100 chassis is individually assembled using Mil Standard 2000 soldering and assembly processes. Each unit is carefully handled to protect the finish Of the final product.
7. Unit Burn-In Production units in Burn-In Each amplifier undergoes a 2 stage burn-in. After assembly, each unit is burned-in for a continuous 8 hour period To eliminate any infantile component failures. After alignment and test, each unit undergoes a 100 hour burn-in prior to shipment to eliminate any component or tube drift
8. Final Alignment and Test Production units in Test After the 1st burn-in, each unit undergoes a rigorous inspection, alignment and test procedureto evaluate each amplifier to Rogers strict quality and performance standards. After alignment, each amplifier goes back for a 100 hour Final burn-in and only then are they shipped to our clients.
9. Final OK Nipper gives her final OK to be sure each EHF-100 Will reproduce her masters voice!

Editor's Notes
We’ll talk today about a series of technical and engineering subjects related to vacuum tube amplifier design. The purpose of this workshop is not to teach you how to design amplifiers but rather to form some reasoning behind a lot of industry terms that affect our buying decision. Our industry is unique in that we have a strong, right brained, sense for listening quality but we’re also left brained, techies. It’s that left brained, techie side that I reach out to today so that you leave with an understanding of the technical qualities and decisions that go into an amplifier design and how that affects what we buy and the real value of certain technical aspects.I’ll also describe for you our engineering logic behind the EHF-100 amplifier and why we believe that we are making the best amplifier on the market today!
A little about me and our company (READ)Our mission is clear and simple: To design and build the best amplifier on the market leveraging our military and spacecraft design and manufacturing experience. We believe we’ve achieved this goal with the EHF-100.
