ideas for discussion. Innovation Management also coordinates activities to Internet
unlock innovative potential or help to overcome obstacles in the way of deutsche-boerse.com
realising ideas.

Staff have been able to submit their ideas online since July 2009, and there deutsche-boerse.com
are no limits to the suggestions – anything can be submitted from the
smallest change to a whole new vision. The feasibility of the ideas is then
assessed by the Innovation Management staff. If a submitted suggestion
really is an innovation, the employee that submitted it stands to benefit –
after all, good work deserves a reward, even if it is mental work! The
evaluation and compensation for valuable ideas is governed by an incentive
model; an idea can be worth up to €200,000.
Currently an average of around 7 ideas are submitted per week, covering
everything from improvements to the workplace to group-wide strategy.
The potential of our own staff is already proven. The energy-saving operation
of an IT test lab, saving around €8,000 per year is based on an idea by one of
our employees. And if nothing else, that makes YouNovate a really good idea.
