Dee Copeland founded the Texas Realty Blog in
March 2006. She wanted to combine her long-term
passion for writing with her expertise in the real estate
field.

The Texas Realty Blog companion site will launch by
Winter 2007, along with our new podcast. We will
announce the name of the podcast and it’s full concept
on the blog...so stay tuned!
East Austin is a rapidly growing area in Austin that
has achieved a faster-than-average appreciation since
2005. Our team will cover new developments and
issues via our new East Austin blog, slated for a 2008
launch. The blog is currently in pre-launch phase.
Our Mueller Austin blog will launch in 2008. The
Mueller Austin subdivision is a unique mixed-use
development in East Austin that has been in the works
for 20 years. The master-planned community is
centrally located and incorporates transit-oriented
development with green building standards. The City
of Austin has a great interest in the success of this
over 700-acre redevelopment of the old Austin Airport.
Other local Texas blogs may launch in 2009 as we
bring on new writing staff.
