  • 2. Daily Routine
  • 3. Velocity
    Go to a computer station and log in to velocity by entering your UserID and password
    Search for your task by the job number (ie. SRR767507)
    When the task appears, log into the job by entering in the job status “WIP” (Work in Progress)
    Read over the job task to understand what work needs to be done
    When task is understood, log out of the program
  • 4. The assigned work
    Assigned work can vary from installing wire bundles to revisions of a wire bundle
    If required, a kit must be ordered to work the assigned task
    Gather the necessary tools need for the job
    Work the job per your task description which is detailed on velocity
  • 5. Completing the Work
    Once the task has been completed, log back onto velocity
    Go through each operation of the task and stamp off each one indicating that the part of the tasks are complete
    To stamp off the task, enter your userID and password on each operation
    A quality inspector will come by and take a look at your work and will place a stamp next to yours if the task meets the requirements.
  • 6. Clock Out of Your Shift
    The end of the day is here, scan out your badge and get a good nights rest
