1. Bids will be accepted until 6:35pm for items numbered 81 and above and until
7:00pm for items numbered 1-80.
2. Some items have a minimum opening bid; bids below this amount are not valid.
3. All items have minimum bid increments (minimum amount increase between the
existing bid and a new bid). Bid increments are based on the item’s value and are noted
on the bid sheet. Bids not meeting the minimum increments are not valid. You may
increase your bid by more than the minimum bid increment.

 Items valued $201-$500, minimum bid increments of $10

3. Bid by writing your first and last name, phone number and bid amount on the bid
sheet. PRINT YOUR NAME CLEARLY. If we cannot read the name on the bid sheet, the
item will be offered to the second highest bidder. If you are bidding on the same item
repeatedly, you do not need to rewrite your phone number.
4. You may bid on any item until that item’s section is closed. A silent auction official will
collect the bid sheets when bidding on a section closes.
5. Did I win? Successful bidder names will be posted outside the ballroom during the
Annual Banquet. Successful bidder names will remain posted until Saturday, May 30, at
12:30pm.
6. Picking up items won: Successful bidders must go to the AFCC Registration Desk
immediately following the banquet to pay for and pick up their item(s). Items will be
available for pick up from 9:00pm-10:00pm Friday evening.
7. Credit card payments will be processed in US dollars. Cash or check payments in US
dollars are also accepted.
8. AFCC does not warrant auction items to be free from defect in material or
workmanship and expressly disclaims the same. AFCC assumes no liability for any
claims, damages or losses resulting from possession or use of auctioned items.

  • 2. Auction Rules Hilton New Orleans Riverside Grand Ballroom A Friday, May 29 • 5:30pm-7:00pm 1. Bids will be accepted until 6:35pm for items numbered 81 and above and until 7:00pm for items numbered 1-80. 2. Some items have a minimum opening bid; bids below this amount are not valid. 3. All items have minimum bid increments (minimum amount increase between the existing bid and a new bid). Bid increments are based on the item’s value and are noted on the bid sheet. Bids not meeting the minimum increments are not valid. You may increase your bid by more than the minimum bid increment.  Items valued $1-$100, minimum bid increments of $1  Items valued $101-$200, minimum bid increments of $5  Items valued $201-$500, minimum bid increments of $10  Items valued $501-$1,000, minimum bid increments of $25  Items valued over $1,000, minimum bid increments of $50 3. Bid by writing your first and last name, phone number and bid amount on the bid sheet. PRINT YOUR NAME CLEARLY. If we cannot read the name on the bid sheet, the item will be offered to the second highest bidder. If you are bidding on the same item repeatedly, you do not need to rewrite your phone number. 4. You may bid on any item until that item’s section is closed. A silent auction official will collect the bid sheets when bidding on a section closes. 5. Did I win? Successful bidder names will be posted outside the ballroom during the Annual Banquet. Successful bidder names will remain posted until Saturday, May 30, at 12:30pm. 6. Picking up items won: Successful bidders must go to the AFCC Registration Desk immediately following the banquet to pay for and pick up their item(s). Items will be available for pick up from 9:00pm-10:00pm Friday evening. 7. Credit card payments will be processed in US dollars. Cash or check payments in US dollars are also accepted. 8. AFCC does not warrant auction items to be free from defect in material or workmanship and expressly disclaims the same. AFCC assumes no liability for any claims, damages or losses resulting from possession or use of auctioned items.
