C.E.L.E ( Centro de Entrenamiento en Lengua Española ) A division of Suarez&Co, it was created specifically to support and assist Private Corporations and Call Centers with the training of their personnel who are required to use Spanish as their main means of communication with it’s clients . 2. Suarez&Co provides an intensive Business Spanish Training program through a
division we called C.E.L.E. (Centro de Entrenamiento en Lengua Española)
By creating this unique program, we provide recent graduates and people of all ages
with the opportunity to learn and participate in a series of training sessions and
practice labs which help them enhance their abilities to communicate and develop
proficiency in a foreign language.

3. The Program
The Program is specifically created for individuals
that need an immediate introduction to the Spanish
Language to fill positions such as :
1. Customer Service Representatives ( Call Centers)
2. Technical Support Representative ( Call Centers)
3. Personnel working with international companies that require
Spanish language as their means of communication.

4. Our Goal
Our goal is to achieve the highest standards of being a
Spanish language training center for corporations in the
APAC region .
We are fully dedicated to help employees acquire Spanish
as a second language thus enabling them to access
bilingual employment programs to enhance their future
careers.

5. Spanish language and the program of the IberoAmerican
culture are offered to non-native English speaking students
from beginners (levels 1 and 2) to experts (levels 7, 8 and
9)
Classes are offered at the clients site for a minimum of four
(4) hours per day or according to clients’ schedule.
Intensive Spanish Program is a full-time level.

9. In the initial levels (1-2), all classes are taught as integrated
classes designed to provide a comprehensive learning
experience in the Spanish language.

10. In the intermediate levels (3-6), the instruction consists of two
integral core classes. All knowledge of both basic courses in
Spanish written and spoken are integrated.

11. In advanced levels (7-9), students completely immerse
themselves in auditory, multimedia and conversation with native
speaking teachers of Spanish (European and or Latin American
) and participate in vocational education components.

13. At the end of the 90 days period, there will be an assessment
to all students. This assessment will reflect the knowledge that
has been acquired. However, the real results will be based on
how the employees perform their daily duties and can
demonstrate knowledge and incorporate to the business.

linguistic disciplines. Yet they are rarely performed by the
