3. DON’T FEAR THE BULLS
Bulls are an iconic animal in Spain and
chances are you won’t fail to see one
during your trip. There’s a famous event
during the month of July in Pamplona,
not to mention the bullrings found in
Madrid, Seville and other towns.
EATING TIMES
Meal times are a little later than usual
in Spain. Lunch isn’t until 2pm in the
afternoon and dinner is usually after
10pm. If you’re having trouble adjusting
to the differences, there are bars and
small restaurants open that can provide
snacks and a glass of your favourite
beverage.
EASTER IS SACRED
The Easter weekend is among the most
highly regarded holidays in the country,
more so than Christmas. Businesses
close from Thursday afternoon for four
days, and in that time processions of
people move around the streets reliving
the events of the traditional holiday.
