This Treaty for Peace and Friendship 2015© between The Republic for Ghana , and The
Shaykamaxum Atlan Amexem Empire, Al Moroc Northwest Amexem/North
America/Northwest Africa/The North Gate.
THE PARTIES:
1. The PARTY of the FIRST PART: The Shaykamaxum Atlantis Amexem Empire, a
party of indigenous Moors or Muurs, diaspora of Northern Egypt, dispersed from the
continent called Alkebulan before the division caused by the Great Earthquake (Actual
date unknown) which caused the Atlantic Ocean. Thereafter dispersed by the illegal
activities such as the slave trade between various “developed or developing” nations and
other organized “civilizations such as the North American Civilization, South America,
Asia among others. This illegal and immoral activity went on for centuries beginning as
far back as the 16th
Century until as late as the 19th
Century as is commonly reported. We
are called Shaykamaxum due to distortions in reported History identifying us as otherwise

than our true identity as having been inhabitants of the North American Continent before
any European discovery thereof or before any Settler or Settlor landed on Turtle Island and
claimed what then belonged to our Ancestors and Ancient Historians have proved these
facts beyond the Shadow of a Doubt as is required by commonly enforced LAW. and
2. The PARTY of the SECOND PART: The Inhabitants of the Division of Alkebulan
(AFRICA) known as The Republic of Ghana, it too being colonized by Europeans prior to
its independence being declared in 1957. The Europeans - Britain, France, Greece, Portugal,
and other “civilizations - took it upon themselves to meet at a place in history (the exact date
is unknown) and divided up the continent (Alkebulan is the historic name of the African
Continent) according to their own devise and purpose, leaving the inhabitants of the
continent to defend themselves without merit to human life or Divine Purpose. This
resulting Republic is currently experiencing tremendous turbulence in its economic structure
because of the ongoing activities of such “civilized” institutions.
Objective: This Treaty, in the NAME OF THE above parties, by Divine Order is hereby
declared and should forever function as the agreement of The Parties to operate as one in the Natural
Divine Law for the Most High and to be dedicated and convey humility to the people in our Lands. We
who respect the Laws of Nations, The International Criminal Court and its Articles for Justice, The Court
of Chancery, The Aboriginal Amexem Northwest Consular Court, The proposed Court for the King’s
Bench, The United Nations Rights for Indigenous Peoples (aka Indians), and The Universal of
Indigenous- Original Rights and Liberties as so declared in United Nations Res 61/295 RES. Declaration
of Human Rights, United Nations Res. 60/147 Human Rights Laws, The Hague Convention, & Moroccan
(Indigenous) Treaties and Constitutions as prescribed under the United Nations International Covenant on
Civil and Political Rights, referencing Title 28 United States Statue for USCA Section 1746, and Article
within The Prophets and the Apostolus Apostles Treaties/Creed do make this solemn Oath and Declare
ourselves as One for the Purpose(s) to be outlined in any and all Programs, Functions, Operations,
Economic and Governmental Purposes, and in the CO-Operation needed for Future Happiness as we
therefore Agree.
BACKGROUND ON TRUE CIVIL RIGHTS: The Autochthonous Indigenous Peoples
for the Northwest Amexem/North America/Northwest Africa/The North Gate, who are the Heirs for all
the Land in the western atmosphere and beyond gives us (those peoples herein introduced and organized)
the right to treaty to now re-establish our Rights and Properties, as such rights date back to 500 BC and

beyond. These rights, as were under the leadership of King IIuda and those Great, (Emperors, Empresses,
Kings, Queens, Prince(s), Princess(s) that have preceded him, The Royal Family which are the Noble
Decedents of that great Empire on this land now called (America) which is Atlantis-Amexem also known
as Al Moroc NW. The Supreme Court of the United States by its own ruling in Johnson & Graham's
Lessee v. M'Intosh 21 U.S. 543 (1823) has ruled that Federal, State, local or Municipal governments
cannot question Royal Family Member’s National Titles or Sustain any Title, Deed, or Record
incompatible with it. As such Rex (King) IIuda II {A Descendant of the Phoenicium Muur Suffete
Hanno Bai, whose Epigraphical Deed/Aboriginal Title—Lawful Document dating back to 500 B.C.E.-
was inscribed on the Bourne Stone of Komassakumkanit at Cape Code Bay, Massachusetts, thereby

Be it Therefore Resolved and Agreed: In order for this Nation, Ghana and for others to function,
either Independently or Together, through Commerce and/or Trade with other Nations, as Buyer, or
Exchange, Purchase, Barter, and provide Educational Training, secure Mental and/or Emotional Health,
Counseling, Consultants(ing), Contracts: as in, Mining, Multi-Media, Civic, Security, Human Activity,
Management, Arts of all kinds of crafts, financial assistance(s), Construction – Housing, Energy Stability,
Land, Development , Transportation , Imports, Exports, and the growing of Organic Food: We hereby
certify and commission this important and useful document as a true copy of, The Divine Constitution
for the Shaykamaxum Atlan/Amexem Empire, and all of its Provinces /Territories, and to all World
Government’s the planning programs of economic, developmental activities, and purposes to support the
global initiative(s). We, of the Atlantis Amexem Empire, are willing to take the lead regarding these
great Humanitarian efforts, and to entertain other efforts, to assist the World in achieving these wonderful
goals.

Be it therefore resolved: The Original Indigenous Continent of Atlantis/Amexem Al Moroc NW,
with all Combined Roads, Highways, Railways, Communications, Electrical Power, Solar Energy, and
other renewable energy projects, Water Supply, Housing, Transportation, Universities of Higher
Learning and vocational Training, and the Environmental, Health Care and Agricultural Technological
Infrastructures’ Development Projects do dedicate for the next 50 Years to a Master Plan for the
purpose(s) to: Eradicate abject poverty plaguing the whole world’s human families; Create new job
opportunities for 500 million Jobs for the autochthonous people, and others in the rest of the world in the
next 50-100 years; co-ordinate 5 million Jobs in the next 1-3 years through our endeavor. In addition in
order to provide efficient, reliable and dependable communications systems for underdeveloped countries;
Promote peace, Make Atonement, Provide Reconciliation and Forgiveness in the affairs of the human
families, of the global village; to end all wars worldwide, and to spread peace and love to all humanity.
We are herby promoting the Motto: International Peace through International Trade. We of this Nation
look forward to meeting with the President of the Republic of Ghana, and his Appointed Staff in an effort
to help move Ghana’s people into a stage of Peace and Prosperity, and the land to a higher height in
Efficiency. We hope we have created thought to the above mentioned proposals
Conclusion
This Treaty will mark the new way to economic future, progress, and prosperity for all the
underdeveloped countries of the world, starting with the apparent Countries in this Treaty at hand. We,
the People, the Natural Born Autochthonous - Originals Indigenous people of the Territorial , Continental
Lands called North, South and Central Amexem / Al Moroc / Mu and the adjoining Atlantis Islands now
called North South, and Central America and adjoining Islands, Alkebulan / Niger and Magrib-al-Aqsa,
are the true heirs, and descendants of the Asiatic, Moabite, Hebrew, Canaanite, Hittite, Hamitite, Amorite,
Ishmaelite, Edomite, American Indian, Moroccan, and Muur Nations of Amexem, and those of Asian
descent are honoring our Ancient Forebear’s Divine Creed, by being recognized by the Nations of the
Earth as a re-established Ancient Nation.
This is a Treaty of the Shaykamaxum Atlantis-Amexem Empire, and The Republic of Ghana
together, these Two Original Indigenous Nations, with their Natural Born Nationals, and the Republics
constituting, but not limited to these Nations such as, Washitaw, Cherokee, Choctaw, Yamassee,
Muskogee, Mohawks, Seminole, Olmecs, Shawnee, Apache, Comanche, Yurok, Seneca, Blackfoot, La
Kota Tribe, Creek Chickasaw, Arawak, Tamoanchan, and Tainos Wadadli Nations, and many other
Indigenous Nations: Let us join hands and unite as one people and be the leaders of this humanitarian,

Turtle Island Nation, and all of its Islands and territories. Which is now the Shaykamaxum Atlan
Amexem Empire, AL Moroc NW, in its original state, now having reclaimed the land located within an
area described in detail on a document in our possession known as the Allodial Aboriginal Paramount
Clear Perfect Title of Conveyance, we are now ready to move forward with the business at hand, The
People!!
