SOME OF OUR RECENT WORK
Black Pepper developed an innovative e-commerce website
that allows businesses anywhere in the country to browse and
then book analysis to be completed using the The University of
Warwick’s analytical equipment. This monetised a system already
in place, providing the university with a whole new revenue stream.
The client was operating with manual and basic non-integrated
electronic order processing systems. Prospective clients wanted to be
able to place and track orders online. A previous attempt at integration
had failed, and so Black Pepper Software was introduced as an
experienced Agile development partner to guarantee delivery.
Black Pepper developed an event app for Informa to use at Cross Media,
with functionality that included exhibitor listings, speaker listings, an
interactive floor plan, polling and messaging features. Inbuilt analytics
enabled Informa to gain valuable insight and feedback. The app was a
great success and used by over 15% of attendees.
