TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Our charges for each candidate's for entry level placement with your organization will be 8.33% for
entry level of positions of the candidate’s total COST TO your COMPANY per annum.

2. Over and above, a service tax is applicable on the Service charges, as per Government norms
(Presently 10.3%).

3. Our payment becomes due after you appoint the candidates) with your organization. The cheque to
be issued in favor of “ARISE RECRUITERS " against the bill that will be issued to you towards our
service charges immediately upon the appointment of candidates), payable within 30 Days.

4. You shall provide us with the complete details of the candidates) appointed through ARISE
RECRUITERS. Date of joining, Designation and Compensation - CTC of the candidate; maximum
within 3 days from the date of his/her appointment.

• We offer a free replacement if the candidate leaves your organization within a period of 3 months
of his/her joining (Except Sales and Marketing for these profile replacement is of 2 Month & No
Replacement option for BPO/KPO). While ARISE RECRUITERS is committed to give you the free
replacement of the candidate, your organization shall not withhold the payment for such candidates)
even in the scenario; the candidate has left your organization before remittance Of ARISE
RECRUITERS payment for the said candidate.

• However, the free replacement is valid only if the same position is replaced. Any new position
cannot be adjusted against the free replacement.

The professional fee for the services mentioned on the annual gross emoluments payable
on every Selected candidate will be as follows:

Service Charges

 Consultancy fee @8.33% of the Gross Annual CTC for Entry Level.

 Consultancy fee @8.33% of the Gross Annual CTC for Team Leader position (Officer/Senior Officer
Grade).

 Consultancy Fee @10% of the Gross Annual CTC for the Team Manager (Asst Manager Grade) Position.

 Consultancy Fee @12.50% of the Gross Annual CTC for Manager/AGM/VP grade.

 Consultancy Fee @15.00% of the Gross Annual CTC for COO position.
