Healthy paths are a set of routes around the city, designed to help
Elderly people improve their physical condition.
These routes have:
Different Levels: Beginners,Walkers, Runners,
Marathons Flyers
Each Route has different stages,
going from 1 to five.

10. CITIES HEALTHY PATHS: RULES
People can start the routes as a “beginner.”
When people reach each stage of the route, they get
“health points,” each stage has a specific number of health
points.
When you finish a route you can move on to the next level
(beginners, walkers, runners, marathons, flyers).
Those who reach higher route levels will earn more health
points
Routes will have random stages (places) where people will
get additional points.

11. CITIES HEALTHY PATHS: RULES
Groups doing routes earn additional points.
By introducing new people to the health routes you can earn one of a
series of “Civic medals.” Participants will earn more civic medals by
introducing more people to the routes.
People at higher levels can design new routes and suggest them to
other people.
Routes are about specific interests (historical, cultural, social, etc...)
and each stage of the route gives information about the
theme/interest.
When they reach each stage people can provide more information
about a specific route
At each stage of the routes, people at higher levels can check and
correct the information given by other members. .
