Made with reindeer fat and
can be savoury or sweet.
Flavours range from wild
berries to salmon.

Found in: Scotland
Sheep's heart, liver and lung
mixed with onion,
oatmeal and spices and
then boiled in the sheep's
stomach. Closer to home
but no less strange!
