Until I was in my late twenties, many people asked me "What is it exactly that you do?"
I'm a curious person and have worn many hats in my career - journalist, graphic designer, researcher, manager, marketer, strategist and producer.
But actual 10+ years of experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:
- my brain being a bridge between design, commerce, culture, content and collaboration
- a reluctance to do 9-5 rather than deadline
- the knowledge that the right people together at the right time can move mountains
- determination that a good briefing is (almost) everything
