Install the Driver thru CD or follow the steps …

Click the START-SETTINGS.

Open Printers and Faxes.

Under Printer Tasks , click Add a printer to open the Add Printer Wizard, and then click Next .

In the Add Printer Wizard window,

choose “Local printer…” and uncheck the option to automatically detect and install.(IF printer connected thru LAN)

Click Next .

Select the option to create a new

port then choose “Standrd TCP/IP Port.”

Click Next .

Printer Driver Installation wizard Choose the printer connected to the print server. You may need to provide a location for the drivers by clicking on Have Disk .
