Step 2: Second thing you do is to combine
like terms so, you get 8x-1=5x+11
Step 3: Next thing you do is to get the variables
on one side so, you can solve and now we have to
subtract 5x
Step 4: Last we have to isolate the variables
so, we could get our answer. We end up with
3x-1=+11, now we have to +1 on each side, we
get 3x=12, next we have to divide on each side
by 3, and now the answer is x equal 4.
