I have over 10 years experience as an employee of the Cedar Rapids Community School District in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I have taught classes that cover both basic and advanced courses including advanced placement studio and art history. Furthermore, I have started our school's computer graphics courses, "WISE" a club geared towards female students, am one of the lead teachers who began working with standards based grading within our school and district, and departmental chair.
