Since becoming a teacher, I have found that the secondary classroom has undergone some of the most radical changes ever; many of these changes have led to positive results in teaching. But still the greatest factor impacting student achievement is the teacher and how he or she applies educational theory to best suit their students. As a professional I have striven to learn educational theory, apply it successfully, and share those ideas with as many people as I can.
