3. They have a Mexican food porterhouse at Dallas,TX, it’s a
family business, they provide real Mexican food at TX,
they been having the business for 14 years.
And first is Mr Garlin’s father start a little restaurant, then
Mr Garlin continues working for the restaurant.
4. They started the restaurant because there are
so many Mexican people in TX, but the
Mexican food there is nothing like down
Mexican, so they desided to open their own.
Mr Garlin studied cooking for couple years,
and helped in the restaurant since he was 14.
They most provide Mexican food to local
place, there are lots of people going there
everyday.
5. They now made lots of money, but back then
it really hard, specially for a restaurant, they
have to test everything to make sure it is
healthy and safe. They put lots of effect and
they tried so many times at first to get some
local customs. You have to let people know
why your food is better than others, then
people will choose yours. And in the mean
while, they have to get checked out by the
healthy and safety department for
government.
6. Mr Garlin is thinking about letting his son
continues running the restaurant after him, and
his son is thinking about open some chain
restaurant around TX first, then maybe to frozen
food area, then will become nation wide
company. Everything the start is the hardest,
and do what you like to do, because this is going
to be your life.
And I learned, if think something is not good
enough, do it by your own.
