Over the last 8 years I've worked in the revenue assurance field, delivering complete solutions to costumers all over the world. This includes providing training, team management and technical lead. This overarching experience as given me tact in dealing with people from all business levels, and taught some valuable lessons. I'm almost a complete power user of *nix environments and Oracle databases. Besides work, until 2014, I helped to organize SHiFT, the first "modern" tech and web conference in Portugal.
