2. “Play It by Ear” Game
This game teaches kids or adults to recognize the sound and chord structure for guitar notes and chords. One
person plugs in the guitar and plays a chord. The player then has to run and jump on the correct chord or note. This
can be drawn out on paper or could be set up as led light based panels. The game is perfect for young kids that are
just learning about music as it includes visual, movement and sound
based learning/memory exercises.
