Mr. Yugesh Dutt PANDAY is presently working as Ag Rector at Sir Leckraz Teelock State Secondary School. He is also assuming duties of Project Manager for the National Institute for Citizenship Education Project at the Prime Minister's Office. He was a Senior Scholar of the Cosponsored UNESCO- Republic of China Fellowship 2012-2013 and was based at Zhejiang Normal University in the People’s Republic of China.
