A van driver failed to observe road signs and construction workers, changing lanes and causing a car to rear-end the van. The accident occurred at 10:30pm on Lopez Mateos Boulevard in Guadalupe, with both drivers refusing to provide their personal details to authorities. While the van only received minor rear bumper damage, the car sustained significant front-end damage. Both vehicles were impounded while authorities investigated.

ACCIDENT
GUADALUPE. - The driver of a van didnt observe the road signs and at point was
running over some workers, changed lanes and caused a car is stamped on the back of
your vehicle.
"Work on Metropolitan Boulevard are the excuse for drivers traveling at excessive
speed justified after an accident," said Transit agent who rushed to the scene.
The accident occurred around 10:30 pm on Boulevard Lopez Mateos, at the height of
