Our work is performed by top-quality, licensed technicians (plumbers, electricians,
HVAC technicians, roofers, and the like), and, in order to ensure time-honored
craftsmanship, we partner with local artisans to restore hardware, leaded glass, murals,
plaster, stonework, woodwork, and other period details.
Restoration Philosophy
Our restorations are planned with a sensitive eye towards modern, 21st century living.
Lifestyle, function and entertaining capacity are key elements of our design plans.
While maintaining charm and period details of the classic Lakewood home,
some of our goals are to connect indoor and outdoor spaces, install central
air conditioning, bring laundry rooms out of the basement, and install media
and data outlets. Our updates do not typically involve "moving walls," and,
in fact, we often improve use of living space without disturbing original floor plans.

Our company started in Dallas, Texas. In 2005, we chose to move
our home and business to Lakewood after a visit to the area.
