I recently completed a two-year stint at Navigant.com and am producing a video series for Chicago cable customers focused on culture, politics, race relations. Also, I am returning to completion of two books in progress. I am available for a new challenge in full or contract employment involving surveys, focus groups and consumer trend analysis. My recent work has been evaluating of customer participation in utility programs to promote energy efficiency, including micro-detail studies on "behavioral economics."
