I worked with Mr. Harrington on several projects when he was employed as Director of
Operations for Mainlining Service Inc. I found him to be cooperative and concerned with
customer service and the progress of work being completed. When it came to speedy
responses to complaints from constituents or problems on the project, he handled it in a
timely fashion. Mike is very knowledgeable in organizational matters and helped to get
the company back on track with Baltimore County after many months of disorder.
