I have worked in several different area within the telecommunications' industry. I started in the operations field working in several central offices at MCI for 13 years. I moved into a sales support role as a Technical Service Manager and Technical Consultant. I support account teams for State Governments and University and then moved into Global / Corporate Accounts organizations. After I completed my MBA, I moved into Global Marketing for several years and then into Account Management. You make the most money where the transaction occurs.
