Project Title : Customer and Partner Management

Description : Revenue Manager is product and customer centric project. Product centric means that
the operator has one place where all offerings and technical rules are set. Customer centric means
that there is a single point of contact for customer related information. The main characteristics of
Revenue Manager are: Modular architecture, Easy integration and deployment into operator
environment, Optimized manageability both from a configuration and operation and maintenance
perspective. Revenue Manager includes several components that expose services and interfaces, and
there is also a central dedicated area for handling of operation and maintenance activities. The
architecture of Revenue Manager is built up around different types of components: application
components and system software components. Functionality-wise, the components are designed to
cover the needs of an end-to-end business support system. There is no duplicate implementation of
functionality spread over multiple components, but the different components are integrated to each
other via communication mechanisms. The different components also expose their data and functions
in the form of services through a set of interfaces. Application Components are: Customer and Partner
Management (CPM), Charging (CHA), Revenue Manager Catalog Adapter (RMCA), System Software
Components are: Common Business Configuration Application (COBA), Common Information Layer
(CIL), Messaging Subsystem (MSG). Customer and Partner Management (CPM) maintains customer
data for all applications in one place and supplies all information regarding those customers, It
provides functionality and interfaces to create and maintain customers, provides an inventory of
purchased products and services and supports the creation of contracts in order to model business
relations between the operator and its customers.

Description : This project is about user interaction application where user can view their
multiplae accounts , choose this payment plan , make transaction , pay their installment crdit card
.Encore had decided to use AWS for Infrastructure as a Service due to its scalability. ConsumerPortal: is a
Spring MVC based UI application to be developed and deployed AWS to be used by the consumer directly . IBM
team was working for (Module 3) , which was dedicated to contact us , This is a powerful feature provided by
sales force to be submitted by an html form and a case (database record) will be created at sales force. Based
on need we can also apply the business logic while creating a case. Sales force will able to provide an URL to be
used as action attribute of form tag in html. where user can raise dispute which was implemented in srping
mvc,apache CXF,maven .

Project Title : Customer Expansion SR. (Telecom Domain)
Team : 6 Members
Responsibility: My role is to develop customer file, service order, Billing and Data Extract.
Duration : 10 Months
Technology : Web sphere portal 6.0, Java, J2EE (Struts 1.2, DB 2)
Description : Currently all SR expansion requests are handled by single form in Customer
Portal application. Bharti Infratel wishes to segregate the SR expansion requests by
having segregated forms depending on the type of SR expansion request. Once users
select expansion type, site ID, it will generate SR number. With this SR number user can fill
his requirements and submit the details.
Site Manager(SM) Internal user will check all details and send to GIS team for ground
feasibility.
After ground feasibility check, SM will provide site proposal (SP) to user. Once users approve
SP then he will generate Service order. If this service order approve, then user will create
request for Service (RFS ) and SM will create request for installation(RFI) .

Frame work and customer table has relation with service order table and
Partner table and using spring for binding between different layers.
Project Title : Electronic change information management System (Health & Human Services)

Responsibility : I was involved in attachment and version tasks .In the attachment part was
We have upload new file, download, replace, remove. In version part user
Can see version number of their files, view, modified by, date.

Description : This project provides information about change request on user demand.
User will get unique crNumber when he is sending request, He can upload
, download document and can check by which he can check status of report
.Through action class it is connect to Business object layer, Service
Implementation layer, DAO, DTO. This application is distributed so we have
Proxy which is communicated with service layer .We are using tools as RAD,
Websphere server and using HQL for database.

Responsibility: I was responsible for conversion of formula into java code and was part of
Struts application to execute the calculation engine.

Middle layer we are using RPE and build by JAPRO. At client side we are using
