2. Project I : “Improve Recommender System in Novelty and Diversity Using Rank &
Relevance Technique”
Project Details : We have taken the web database from e-bay web site and recommend the
product to the user of system on the basis of rank that calculate from the rating given by other
users. The rank is numbered by increasing order. Novelty and diversity of products is improved
by rank. Rainbow algorithm is used to calculate rank order. The recommender product is
broadcast by using message and email to the users friend list.
