1. About the Company
Power Associates on is an electrical contractual & electrical installation services firm dealing with
HT (High Tension) & LT (Low Tension) installations on partial and total turnkey basis. Company
was established in the year 1975 by our founder Shri. A K Krishna Murthy BE, AMIE as a licensed
electrical contractor. Today we are one of the top electrical contractual firms in Mysore with Super
Grade License registration with Govt. of Karnataka Electrical Inspectorate. We have done a wide
array of electrical installation projects like establishing a 12.5 MVA 66/11KV Sub Stations, 66KV
tower line works, Industrial & Residential Layout Electrification, Multi Storied building
electrification including internal & external works with Govt. departments like KPTCL, KIADB, KHB,
MUDA & KPWD and private firms. With 40 years in the field of electrical installations, company
recently started offering services to SME Industries, Hotels & other commercial establishments to
service & maintain their electrical installations. Services are offered on annual, semi-annual
contractors & on call electrician services to small establishments. Company today has well trained
& experienced staff of engineers, supervisors, licensed electricians and line workers & maisteris.
This enables the company to undertake multiple, challenging projects with a confidence of
completing the projects on time ensuring highest quality of workmanship through its dedicated
staff.
2. Business Focus Areas
As a company with over 40 years of experience in the field of electrical installations, we are
currently focusing on the below areas:
2.1 Electrical Installation Projects:
2.1.1 Layout Electrification: Industrial & Residential layout electrification works
o On total turnkey/partial turnkey or customized scope of contracts with materials,
Supervision, labour & liaison or only Supervision, labour & Liaison.
o More than 30 layout works have been successfully completed by our firm. Thus
establishing our experience & proficiency in such works.
o Our firm has established good rapport with Govt. departments for ensuring
complete compliance with concerned departments and meeting all quality
standards.
2.1.2 Electrical Sub Stations: Establishing 66/11KV Sub Station with 12.5 MVA/20 MVA
transformers
o On Total turnkey/Partial turnkey basis.
o Successfully established 2 66/11KV Sub Stations & have done extensive
improvement works in 7 other Sub Stations including 220/66KV Hootagally SRS
Sub Station, Mysore.
o Experienced engineering staff to handle such technically challenging works.
o Good reputation with KPTCL Authorities to ensure smooth completion.

2.1.3 Multi Storied Buildings & Other Commercial buildings: Internal Electrical Works
& External HT Works
o On Total Turnkey/Partial Turnkey Basis.
o Have completed works of Hotels, Factory/Industrial Complex, and Commercial
Complexes & Lighting intensive Showroom works.
o Experienced staff of licensed wiremen and assistant wiremen along with Licensed
Supervisors to ensure high quality workmanship.
o Good rapport with CHESCOM to undertake HT installation under self execution
scheme and ensuring smooth charging of the electrical installation.
2.2 Electrical Installation Services:
2.2.1 Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Industries: Maintaining Electrical
Installations of SMEs.
o Micro, Small & Medium Scale Industries who need to maintain their electrical
installations in good working condition for smooth functioning of their
establishment.
o Contracts offered on Annual Maintenance, Semi-Annual Maintenance with material
and skilled wiremen/electricians to rectify faults with minimum downtimes and
ensure zero shutdowns.
o Regular visits by engineers to audit the condition of the installation.
o Wiremen/Electricians deputed on shift basis to suit the customers
2.2.2 Hotels & Office establishments: Servicing Hotels & office establishments.
o Ensuring timely service of Hotel’s HT & LT establishment to maintain the electrical
installations in good working condition
o Annual Maintenance contracts offered with material & skilled wiremen/electricians.
o On call services offered on contract basis to attend faults within a stipulated time.
2.2.3 Apartments & Housing Societies: Servicing Apartments & Housing Societies.
o Ensuring timely service of Apartment’s HT installation & facilitating periodic
inspection by CHESCOM officials.
o Servicing individual apartments for minor works and fault repairs.
o Annual Maintenance contracts with material/skilled electricians
o On-Call emergency support offered.
2.2.4 Showrooms & Commercial establishments: Servicing lighting intensive
showrooms and small commercial establishments.
o Showrooms with extensive lighting circuits within a carpet area making the room
light intensive will be serviced for maintaining their electrical installations and
fittings.
o Annual maintenance contracts with material and skilled wiremen/electrician
services.
o On call service contracts to attend & rectify faults within an agreed time.

6.1 Layout Electrification Works
We have done extensive layout electrification works in our inception in 1975. Starting from Rural
Electrification Scheme Commission (REC) works to MUDA, KIADB, KHB and Private layouts for
reputed developers.
We have listed our works some of our layout works from each of the Govt. of Karnataka
Enterprises, Govt. Karnataka Boards and Private Developers.
We started off with Rural Electrification Commission (REC) Scheme work of Electrifying 9 villages by
extending 11KV HT Line, Distribution Transformer Center with LT network & street lights of HD Kote
Taluk, Mysore District during the years 1984-86.
6.1.1 Private Layout Works:
 Scope of work includes complete electrical infrastructure of HT & LT overhead transmission
lines/AB cable/UG cable infrastructure & Street light fixtures.
 End to end coordination with Govt. Departments at every stage for all approvals, sanctions
& inspection reports in the Liaison package of the work
 Contracts taken on material, labour, supervision & liaison or without materials but with
material requirement planning and procurement guidance.
