TCS IT Park Cochin – In addition to office spaces programs included library,
cafeteria, guest houses and recreational spaces.10 storeyed multi-level car-
parking (MLCP) layouts for an approximate number of 800 cars.
Prepared Tender documents, approval and preliminary design drawings using
AutoCAD and Revit.
Wipro IT Park, Mysore – Façade design using 3ds Max.

Illustrator.

3. Significant projects handled:
Thesis (Semester 10) - Agricultural University design in an agro-based town;
designed institutional spaces for coursework, practical fieldwork facilitating research
and development, bio-dynamic agriculture tower.
Urban Design (Semester 9) - Transit oriented development in a suburban town;
conducted urban studies considering issues such as traffic, hawker communities,
transportation efficiencies etc.; provided design solutions addressing these issues.
Manual model exploration - Multi-use centre (Semester 6) - Design process
evolution through an exploration of forms using manual models to provide for a vibrant
public space devoid of monotony in function, treatment and visual quality.
National Competition Projects:
Material research - Knowledge media centre - Glass reinforced cement and fibre
reinforced concrete; shell structure designed analysing material properties. Form
exploration with 3DS Max software.
Saint Gobain’s Transparence – Stretching the limits of glass to create a highly
energy-efficient sustainable design.
Structural design analysis - INSDAG – Bus Terminus Analysed structural
behaviour of steel; design innovation using these principles such as suspended floor
plates, creative steel furniture and fittings etc.
