Plan activities to help develop added-value services at affiliated dealers network, discover new markets niches, increase sales of parts and service, maintain high standard's customer satisfaction providing high end level quality and attention to details. Perform training maintenance schools for customers, and in-house service technical troubleshoot and sales support. Work with parts coordinators for keeping inventory control practices, lower inventory on slow movement parts, promote special discounts for surplus parts. Address timely delivery reports and warranty issues with the Hyundai´s Atlanta-Chicago office.
