3. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND WATER

Cayenne contains

& ALOE VERA JUICE

12. BEE PROPOLIS
Propolis is a waxy, gummy

Propolis has been used for 1000’s of years as an

3-5% propolis cream, tincture, and mouthwash
can be found in health stores.
Check with your Dr. if taking blood thinners or
antiviral medications.
13. VITAMIN B-12
A study at Ben Gurion University
found that taking 1000mcg Vitamin B12 nightly
was very effective.
Study members had less pain, fewer canker
sores and they healed faster.
By the end of the 6th-month study 74 percent had

Buy a 1000mcg supplement from the health food
store. It’s hard to get enough B-12 from food or a
