Vietnamese driving license

Hello there!
In Viet Nam have a lot ways to complete a Vietnamese Driving License ( VDL)
Document :
1-Passport
2-Visa or Residence card or Visa exemption
3-Foreign(country) driving license ( not International Driving License => it's not alow in Viet Nam)
4- 4 coulor photos
5- Address in Vietnam ( it's also shown on Vietnamese Driving License - you can use my Office
address for this)
Important : from this year -2013 - when FOREIGNER convert from foreign Driving License to
Vietnamese Driving License - the valid of visa in Viet Nam is the same the valid of Vietnamese
Driving License when complete.
Example:
Visa 1 month => VDL only 1 month
Visa 3 months => VDL only 3 months
Visa 6 month => VDL only 6 month
Residence card 1 or 2 or 3 years => VDL will 1 or 2 or 3 years
Visa exemption 5 years => VDL will 5 years
If some have visa only 1 month - 3 months or 6 months- => I can convert to Vietnamese Driving
License expire longer , maximum until 2018
If the Valid of FOREIGN Driving License shorter the valid of visa, residence or visa exemption =>
Vietnamese Driving License will expire as the same valid of Foreign Driving License ( not as the
same visa)
If you do by your self , In original foreign DL have class car only => convert => VDL only class car
when complete
If someone want convert from class CAR to class MOTORCYCLES => must test the exam pratice
=> it's will complete in 3-4 weeks.- in this case, VDL will expire as the same the valid of foreign
DL.
If you are in Vietnam now , total price = 75 usd for Vienamese Car class in Vietnamese Driving License
= 125 usd for Car and motorcycle class in Vietnamese Driving
License
You must go to Department Transport of Viet Nam to take the photo by camere machine let print on
Vietnamese Driving License
After 6 working days , you will receive Vietnamese Driving License

Your Vietnamese Driving License will expire as the same your Visa in Viet Nam ( 1- 3 - 6 months)
