Unite Limited is offering a UK Property Loan Note with two investment products - an income option and a growth option - with terms of 24 months or 4 years. The income option pays 22% annually over 2 years or 27.2% compounded until the end of the term. The growth option similarly provides a total return of 60% over 4 years. Minimum investment is £20,000, targeted raises are £6 million initially and £12 million subsequently. Returns are fixed double-digit percentages and are asset-backed by UK property investments. The note is available to self-certified high net worth or sophisticated investors through brokers.

Loan Note Close: Once target is reached, followed by a 2nd tranche of £12m.

Returns: Income Option: 10% for year 1 rising to 12% for year 2, paid every 6 months in
arrears.
Growth Option: 27.2% compounded interest, paid at the end of the two-year term. Full
