1. Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Question?
Located in Atlanta Georgia I did a self-filing in April of '09, missed a cre
edit counseling class, eventually missed the deadline to get everything in, and
finally, the case was dismissed. The courts here in GA granted me a motion to re
-open the case, and I did do that. I've paid all the fees as well as I''ve taken
