Dr. Tuan Nguyen is a Dean of Faculty of Computer Network and Communication, University of Information Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His research areas are ubiquitous computing and mobile security. His current interest is mobile computer vision for vehicle tracking security. His team is working on the project Automatic Number Plate Recognition on Android. In this project, the research team will build an opensource framework for recognising international vehicle number plates.
