Trong-An is a Ph.D. Candidate in National Chi Nan University, Taiwan. In 2015, Trong-An Bui graduated from Ho Chi Minh University of Education, Vietnam with the B.Sc degree from the Faculty of Information Technology. He also received a degree of ICT/SW Expert Training Program from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. In addition, in 2018, he also received M.S. degree with a research topic in Image Processing, National Chi Nan University, Taiwan. His current research interests include Neural Networks and Artificial Intelligence, Computer vision and Image processing, Video coding and Data compression, Satellite and UAV.
