Job Description :
- Ensure that the processing of making Mine License / Permit within shortest possible time
- Organize, socialize and provide training related to the health & safety either company employees or
contractors such as LOTO, basic safety, first aid, B3 Symbol , MSDS
- Prepare Health, Safety, Environment performance reports based on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and
annual, and government report
- Handling health & safety induction to employees, sub-contractors and guests
- Involved in the investigation of accidents involving company employees, and or contractor
- Involve in health, safety environment inspections and observations of workplace both in the mines, port
,mine road, construction, conveyor and in the office
- Assist in develop implementation system program and regulatory of health & safety environment for all
locations of the company.
- Monitoring progress and ensure corrective actions have been carried out as a finding in workplace
Inspection and Observation.
- Provide guidance and socialization of regulations, manuals, systems, and Health & Safety, Environment
Procedure applicable on company
- Participate in progress monitoring the follow-up of findings by the government in the framework of
guidance and supervision based on Mines Book.
- Engage in Health & Safety, Environment and Safety committee meetings with related departments and
contractors
- Ensure the ordering of goods and equipment as required of HSE department with purchase request, SAP.
- Making an analysis of accident occurrence to facilitate decision-making in the company’s management
strategy.
- Make the promotion of health and safety, environment continuously such as safety alert, safety banner
- Transfer the knowledge of the Emergency Response Plan through socialization training, safety talk and
Health & Safety, Environment Briefings to all employees
- Participate in conducting periodic risk assessment of the work area and the work
- Create and designing simulations of an emergency in the area of company
- Capable to identify, review and update Indonesian Legal Requirements related to occupational health and
safety, environment
- Monitoring and Maintain HSE Database
- Handle complex assignment involving performing external audits government and response Minerba,BLHD
