  of written records

S Mobile computing allows providers to do these things
  from any room or any location:
     S   Access patient records instantly
     S   Check test results
     S   Access real time charts

S Revolutionized traveling and locating

S No more reliance on maps or written directions

S Can help locate and recover a stolen vehicle (LoJack)

S Can provide emergency services with a location (OnStar)

S Makes driving safer
