I'm blessed to work with a company which treats Workplace as a strategic resource to maintain its Culture and Values. My experience has been providing the service to large multi-national corporations for their large geographic presence of their workplace in the region. My interest and research is on coping with individual differences in the workplace strategy, design and operation.
