1. I love Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and no holds barred fighting. I hold a green belt in Judo was close
to getting my brown. In BJJ I got in the best shape of my life and I loved learning all the moves.
But I put my fighting days behind me since I am 42 and don't want to risk any injuries. Now I
just go to the gym and I've taken up dancing to salsa. I take Mambo on 2 lessons at a studio in
Queens. I have a good time every time I go to the dance studio. Mambo on 2 is New York style
Mambo invented by Eddie Torres.
I love to travel and last summer I went to to Costa Rica which is an amazing place. The most
exotic place I've ever been to is Tahiti; Bora Bora is simply paradise on earth. I love what I do
for a living and am an avid reader.
When I've got some downtime I love having a good time with friends. My 11 year old daughter
keeps me very busy. I've got her playing tennis, dance, piano, softball and trumpet. She's been
dancing since she was 3 and playing the piano since Kindergarten. She just won the most
talented award at the American Miss Pageant pre-teen division. She played the piano and did her
tap routine to the Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy of Company B. She was a hit! A check for $250
came with the award. She took home 5 awards in all and next year I think she can win the
crown. She's my pride and joy!
I rarely watch TV unless a good soccer match is on then I'll sit and watch for 90 minutes. I
played ball in High School, made the varsity team in 9th grade, and in my local youth league. I
am the highest goal scorer in the history of Copiague Youth League Soccer. One of my goals is
to go to the World Cup and watch a game. I'd like to see the U.S in a game and I'd also like to
see Croatia in a game. I would also like to travel to Barcelona and see Barcelona play Real
Madrid. On another trip I'd like to go to Milan and see AC Milan play Juventus. And finally I'd
like to go to the UK and watch Chelsea play any other team in the Premier League.
If football (soccer) or UFC are not on TV then watching is just a big waste of time. I'll only
watch financial news and the local news to see what tomorrow's weather will be like, I start
every day by reading the Wall Street Journal. I've read a ton of financial books and I've got a ton
of financial books that I just haven't been able to get to because there are only 24 hours in a
day, that I try to spend wisely, but get to them and read them I will.
Ironically I do like going to the movies. The Matrix was the best movie that I've seen in the last
10 years. I also make it a point to try and go to the Tribeca Film Festival every year.
My penultimate goal is to trade at a hedge fund. My ultimate goal is to trade my own capital
exclusively for my own account.
