I am a Full Stack Developer and love to learn and build new products. I have been building Web Apps using Ruby on Rails, Node JS and Python as per requirement. Since last 3+ years we have been using Scrum in product development. Initially we worked in 3 week Sprint and now we am working in 1 week Sprint. At the end of every Sprint we have Retro Meeting where we discuss how to reduce the feedback loop, how do we continue to learn and produce valuable software.
