1. EPayablesManager (ePM) – (Current Project)
EPayablesManager(ePM) is a highly-customizable Web-based workflow system
specifically configured to cater various Account Payable Functions. Secured Web-based
workflow provides information on the go anywhere in the world to the valid user. User can
configure the access rights and workflow settings, automatic routing / Manual routing of
invoices for approval. Invoices can be tracked at any point in the approval process. User can
customize the workflow management with multi language option. Accept invoices via email,
fax, scan and EDI. System is configurable to integrate with various ERP platforms and perform
2-way and 3-way matching of invoices with Purchase Order and GRN. Suppliers can submit
invoice, view status and track the remittances online using the Supplier portal (Web Invoice
Presentment). Queue dashboard shows the real time status of all invoices in Account Payable
and invoice status can be changed in real time.

2. Document Management Workflow System (DWMS) – (Dec 2013 – Till date)
DWMS is a tool to create generic workflow and administration system where single
system can be used by various teams to create workflows as per their need and track through
all the documents. This tool fulfil the needs of back-office companies for different types of
document management like Tax documents, Invoice document, etc. It is highly flexible and
configurable to match the business processes or workflows. It tracks the document and gives
the details like document type, current status of doc ument, user of document etc.
Responsibilities:
 Coding and Unit testing.
 Written use cases for assigned modules.
 Created NHibernate for database object mapping.
 Worked in Reports using JQGrid.

WebInvestorcenter is a web portal which contains below Modules through which
investors can view their investment details and can do online transaction.

Using this module the investor can do online investment of Systematic
investment, withdraw and transfer amounts to a particular scheme.

time to activate the online access of the portal.
• Account Statement:
Using the above module the investor can get their account statement
online for a particular period.
• FAQs:
Using the above module the investor can view the frequently asked
questions and answers based on the category and subcategory.

Web based Travel and Expense portal to facilitate employees to claim their expenses
through this system and it has integrated with workflow management system to accommodate
multiple levels of approval. System communicates with SAP ERP system to post and get
information real time. It enables Admin to take control of administrative activities like Policy
Management, Email Management, Mobile Claim data management, HR data integration with
internal application. It validates all the expenses based on integrated HR policies. It has the
facility to generate different types of reports. While posting to SAP if error comes then system
will reject that claim.

5. BS-Escalation Mail – (Jan 2010 – Sep 2011)
Automation of Email processing. Emails send to the customer with Invoice information
which crossed particular TAT. Customer will respond for those emails. Those emails will
download into in house database and production team can view those details. If there is any
discrepancy production team will reply back to the customer.

The client has a mainframe based reservation system STARS, which is currently
accessed by the booking agents using character based commands sent from dumb terminals.

Smart clients, web services and Host Front Server. T his solution would provide following major
advantages to the user: Much better response times, Rich user experience through user-
friendly GUIs. Faster learning cycles for new agents.

address the mutual fund market trends and the needs of investors, agents and fund managers.
MFund.Net project is being built on object-oriented principles using Microsoft.Net Framework
1.1 and Oracle 9i RDBMS (on UNIX) platform. Using this application the investors can invest
into mutual funds.

they are maintaining the customer’s detail along with their orders.
