The Minnesota property is a 2.3 acre
site located at 3515 Minnesota Avenue,
SE Washington, DC. It will house 314
residential units, 3,000 SF of retail
space and 200 parking spaces.
SGA is designing this project to be
constructed as a series of modular
building components. This construc-
tion process creates less waste, consis-
tent quality and is more economical
than standard building practices. It
also shortens the construction phase of
the project.
The PUD application was submitted to
the DC Office of Planning in the Spring
of 2007.
