Susan Deveney is a recognized leader in conflict resolution and mediation. She serves as the Chief Executive and Head Instructor at Conflict Resolution Training Inc. (CRT) in Boston, MA. Under her guidance, CRT delivers innovative professional development and continuing education programs designed to enhance communication and dispute-resolution skills across a variety of professional landscapes throughout the United States. Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Susan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Bridgeport, achieving summa cum laude honors with a double major in Political Science and Psychology.
